Ruben-Nenic
Duo
Buzor Nenic, accordion. Peter Andreas Ruben Bredsdorff, piano.
Peter Andreas and Buzor are engaged in a project where they renew old
venerable songs - and give them a little twist. Although they add a solo
and an interlude here and there, it's still the point that the melody
is essential. The duo delivers music for sing along events, special events
like weddings, birthdays, receptions and concerts.
The duo expect the audience to sing along. Therefore the melodies are
not changed. In contrary, the arrangements has had a minor fine tuning
- and then added a little Balkan spice in the form of Buzor's magic tricks
on the accordion. The duo call therefore this current project "Balkan
meets the Worker's Songbook" - and the cultural meeting is indeed
one of the themes addressed in the choice of songs. The songs the audience
likes to sing, and replenished with new and surprising dimensions.
The repertoire is a mixture of evergreens, tango, Balkan inspiration,
Klezmer, jazz and bossa nova - all delivered as good craftmanship and
(almost) acoustic, no use of computer or rhythm box.

Klezmer
meets Roma
Buzor Nenic, accordion/vocal. Ole Reimer, trumpet. Andreas Ugorskij,
guitar/vocal.

Klezmer
meets Roma on
the roof of the Stadshallen in Lund/Sweeden. At the 2 week "Nightwatchman"
event which starts off with a trumpet call, (here a Vuvuzela) calling
the city into music. Great high energetic gypsy-jazz music.
Ole Reimer (trumpet) and Andreas Ugorskij,
front figures in the succesful Klezmer band: "Klezmofobia",
and the international Gipsy accordion star, Buzor Nenic, has in Klezmer
meets Roma come together in a sparkling musical adventure.
Authentic Roma music from Serbia, Macedonia and Romania meets Jewish Klezmer
music from Poland and Hungary, Gipsy swing, French musette and a touch
of Argentinian tango!
The instrumental setting is unusual. The soft creative trumpet played
by Ole Reimer supplements the swinging guitar playing of Andreas Ugorskij,
and as a one-man army, accordionist Buzor Nenic drives the rhythm and
adds his virtuoso solo playing to complete.
Reimer, Nenic and Ugorskij are accomplished musicians: Buzor Nenic has
participated in and won several international accordion competitions.
Reimer and Ugorskij are front figures in the grammy-winning band, "Klezmofobia".
All together they have been touring in Scandinavia, Mexico, USA, Germany,
Austria, Vietnam, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Serbia and many other countries.

Buzor
& Nam Duo
Buzor Nenic, accordion/melodica. Nam Nguyen Tuan, piano/melodica.
Buzor
Nenic with the Serbian background and Nam Nguyen Tuan with the Vietnamese
background met in Malmö, Sweden. Together they speak English, but
their best way of communication is through the music which is unique.
Two continents meet, two volcanoes meet, two peaks meet and interact,
improvising and talking together, making the concert an exciting and interesting
music experience for the audience. The improvisations are completely far
out where you can not reach the bottom or the top because of the spontaneity
of Buzor and Nam. They dare where others are silent.
In the improvisations there are suddenly Balkan Gipsy tunes or traditional
Vietnamese folk music tunes sneaking into the American jazz and Argentine
tango, which makes the music even more interesting and exciting.

Grande
Trio
Buzor Nenic, accordion. Nam Nguyen Tuan, piano. Robert Pettersson,
double bass.
Grande Trio plays enchanting and evocative acoustic jazz - a reminiscent
of Paris in the 30's. The inspiration and genre spans from the Balkan
music melancholy tunes to Django Reinhardt and Gipsy jazz with the great
masters such as Astor Piazzolla, Richard Galliano, Freddy Balta, Branimir
Djokic, Lelo Nika and many others.
This melting pot of tango, jazz and Eastern music is performed convincingly
on purely acoustic instruments. In front the group is led by Buzor Nenic
(accordion) and Nam Nguyen Tuan (piano), both throw themselves into emotional
and energetic solos while backed up by the rock solid double bass player
Robert Pettersson (double bass). Energy, melancholy, intimacy are paramount
and the technique is in place when Grande Trio takes the stage and engulfs
the audience.
